WARNING - Around Pond #4 ( the pond on the west side of Westchester Glens ) there will be traps set to catch the Muskrats that are damaging the banks. Please stay on the walkways around the pond. There are hidden escape holes that the muskrats have along the banks that someone could step into and fall. 

Jake Klingenberger will be in and around the pond setting the traps. The holes will be filled in once the muskrats are gone.

Dear Residents:

We wanted to provide you with am update regarding our comminity landscaping and irrigation.

Our lawn maintenance contractor Fert Works, has been experiencing staffing challenges this season, making it difficult to keep up with trimming, edging, and schrub maintenance.  The Board has been patient and has allowed additional time for them to address these issues, but we recognize that the level of service has not met the expectations of the community!

We will be meeting with Fert Works next week to discuss these concerns and determine how they plan to improve going forward. The Board is activley working to resolve these issues.

Regarding the irrigation system, as many of you know, the system has required extensive repairs after years of deferred maintenance. While portions of the system are  now operational, other areas contue to require attention.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges. Our goal is to maintain the high standards our community deserves, and we remain committed to making the necessary improvements.
